Standard Delivery Information

Orders bound for destinations within the GTA are typically ready and shipped out within 2 business days.

Orders bound for destinations outside the GTA are typically ready and shipped out within 5 business days.

Rural/out of district areas:

Please note that there are certain rural locations that will require extra shipping charges. These areas do not qualify for flat rate shipping or free shipping. If this is the case, we will email you to arrange for shipping and confirm rates when your order is placed. 

How can I track my order?

For Curbside and Small Parcel orders, you will receive updates via email including a tracking number once your order ships.

For orders that qualify for White Glove Delivery, you will receive communication via phone to schedule delivery.

Feel free to contact us at any point if you have questions or concerns about the delivery of your furniture.

Shipment to the US:

All orders (over 2500$) sold in the US are subject to Canadian/US border customs clearance (at no cost to you). US Customs requires that paperwork on all orders shipped must disclose Tax Identification numbers for businesses and Social Security numbers for private customers. Once you make your purchase you will be contacted by our staff to collect that information. Information collected will only be used for customs clearance.

Replacement of damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us for an exchange or refund. You may be asked to provide more information such as pictures of the damage and receipt details. We reserve the right to choose the best course of action. 

Return policy

We will accept returns and exchanges of regular-priced merchandise in new/unused or resalable condition for their purchase price at our discretion within 14 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Customers will have to cover any costs related to returning or exchanging their order. We will be happy to help and assist with any paperwork and help get the best rates from our carriers.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.

An original receipt is required. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, including: customized or made-to-order items, final sale items, clearance items, store floor samples, and items which are used and/or damaged from normal wear and tear. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Other restrictions may apply.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days after the returned merchandise is received.

Unopened orders

Customer is responsible for placing new shipping labels and arranging for carrier pickup.

Opened orders

Customer is responsible for packing the order the same way they received it to avoid damage in transit, placing new shipping labels, and arranging for carrier pickup.

Refunds on returned items

All items will be inspected upon return. Opened items will be inspected. Repackaging and/or restocking fees may apply.

Proof of Purchase

We require proof of purchase in order to proceed with an exchange, refund, or to issue credit back for merchandise. The following are examples of acceptable proof of purchase:

  • Original receipt (printed/electronic receipt, printed/electronic order confirmation)
  • Packing slip
  • We are unable to accept any returns or exchange merchandise without a proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return 

A return can be initiated via email to enclover@enclover.ca. You must provide your order number, postal code, and valid proof of purchase.
