Shipping & Returns

We believe in making your shopping experience as comfy as our furniture, all the way through the delivery. Therefore, we will do our best to have your order ready and shipped out within 2 business in GTA, and 5 business days outside GTA for flat rate shipping or free shipping.

How could I track my order

For Curbside and Small Parcel orders, you will receive updates via email including a tracking number once your order ships.

For orders that qualify for White Glove Delivery, you will receive communication via phone to schedule delivery.

Feel free to contact us at any point if you have questions or concerns about the delivery of your furniture.

Flat rate/Free shipment:

Any orders under $2,000 pre-tax will pay a flat rate of $99 for each Curbside Delivery. 

Rural/out of district areas:
Please note that there are certain locations that will require extra shipping charges. These areas do not qualify for flat rate shipping or free shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order. 

Shipment to the US:
All orders (over 2500$) sold in the US are subject to Canadian/US border customs clearance (at no cost to you). US Customs requires that paperwork on all orders shipped must disclose Tax Identification numbers for businesses and Social Security numbers for private customers. Once you make your purchase you will be contacted by our staff to collect that information. Information collected will only be used for customs clearance.

Replacement of damaged or defective items

If you received a defective item, please send the pictures to enclover@enclover.ca. From time to time, it does happen that shipment gets damaged in transit. But no worry, our customer service will help you finish the replacement.

Return policy

Because we sell items that are large and very expensive to ship, customers, will have to cover any costs related to returning their order. We will be happy to help and assist with any paperwork and help get the best rates from our carriers.

Unopened orders: customer will have to place new shipping labels and arrange for carrier pickup.

Opened orders: Customers will have to pack the order the same way they received it to avoid damage in transit, place new shipping labels, and arrange for carrier pickup.

Refunds on returned items: all items will be inspected upon return. Unopened items will get a full refund. Opened items will be inspected and repackaging and/or restocking fees may apply.

Warranty

Thank you for choosing Enclover outdoor furniture. With proper use and care, we are confident that our product will provide you with years of trouble-free enjoyment. We warrant our products to be free of manufacturing defects to the original purchaser for the period listed below. Standard warranty periods for each category of furniture are provided below.

All-weather wicker & frames
3-years warranty* on all of our all-weather wicker frames from date of purchase against manufacturer defects and structural failure (e.g., broken frame and welds) under normal use and conditions;

3-year warranty from date of purchase against fading and cracking of wicker.
Frames/Wicker will be replaced, repaired or refinished in the original color and style, if available. A similar color and style will be offered if the original has been discontinued.

Sunbrella Fabrics limited 5 years warranty
We stand behind our Sunbrella fabrics with the most comprehensive warranty in the industry.

Our 5-year limited warranty makes Sunbrella the only performance fabric brand to guarantee against becoming unserviceable due to loss of color, loss of strength, abrasion, and pilling from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals when used for appropriate applications.

Cushion Inserts
a limited 1-year warranty* from date of delivery against manufacturer defects or excessive deformity of cushions under normal use and conditions.

Firepit
Fire Pits are warranted for 1 year after the date of purchase by the original owner with the original sales receipt. Fire Pits are made of high-quality carbon steel and are guaranteed not to burn through or rust for 5 years.

If a fire pit is found to be defective, Enclover reserves the choice to either repair or replace the product and a product that is either the original or one that is of equal value or its equivalent, free of charge. This warranty excludes any and all applicable shipping and handling charges. If the product being warrantied has been discontinued, the replacement product will be of equal or similar value.

Altering any Fire Pit Art fire pit or any of our products in any way other than the intended use will void this warranty.

Warranty Claims
Contact Enclover@enclover.ca stating the problem and providing pictures and proof of purchase to Enclover or its authorized representative when requesting parts, replacement, or repair.

Our warranty is extended through our retail partners. To inquire about warranty coverage, please contact the retail store where the furniture was purchased. Your retailer will require the proof of purchase receipt including the date of purchase. They will also request that you provide images of the product to submit to Enclover. We will work through our retail partner to assure you the highest level of customer satisfaction and support.

Enclover will, at our discretion, repair or replace the frame without charge; parts and labor included. Replacement will be in the original color and style whenever possible; however, equal value replacement will be offered in the event of product or color discontinuance. Replacement will be for the damaged item only. During the first year after purchase, Enclover will pay all the freight costs to send the replacement to the dealer. This does not include installation charges. After the first year of purchase Enclover will not be liable for any freight costs.

The warranties above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and remedies: oral, written, expressed or implied. Enclover will not be liable for any loss of use of the product, inconvenience or damages of any character, whether direct, special, incidental or consequential arising from the use or inability to use this product, or arising out of any breach of warranty, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nor shall Enclover be responsible for any amount over the value of the replacement of the furniture.

The terms of this warranty are subject to change without notice.

Products

Can I leave the cushion outside when it rain?

We've gone to great lengths to make our cushions as water resistant as possible, but nothing is foolproof. It's always best to bring them inside when it rains. The cushions will survive occasionally getting wet, but be sure to let them thoroughly dry afterwards.
