Shipping policy

We aim to ensure every order is processed and delivered with care and reliability.

Processing Time

Orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are typically processed within 2 business days. Orders outside the GTA are typically processed within 5 business days.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is 3–9 business days depending on location.

All deliveries are completed as curbside / driveway drop-off service.

Shipping Rates (Canada)

Orders $2,000 and up — $399
Orders $1,000–$1,999 — $199
Orders under $1,000 — $50

Remote Areas

Additional shipping charges may apply for rural or remote locations. If applicable, we will contact you prior to shipment.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Notes

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible. Delivery is made to the first accessible point (driveway or curbside).

In-home delivery, placement, or assembly is not included.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
