Care & Maintenance
Care & Maintenance
Stainless Steel Care
- Stainless steel frame can be polished with a cloth.
- For a deeper clean, gently scrub the surface with a soft, bristled brush and a mild soap solution.
- Avoid solvent-based or abrasive cleaners, as these will scratch, fade, and wear down the surface.
Teak Care
- Wipe down teak surfaces with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris.
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as these can damage the wooden surface. Instead, stick to a mild soap and water mixture when needed for tougher stains.
- Periodically apply a teak oil to help maintain its colour.
- Use coasters to prevent damage from especially hot or wet items.
- Take care to cover the surface when it’s not in use to avoid unnecessary exposure to direct sunlight or precipitation.
Textilene
- Wipe down with a damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Most stains can be wiped off.
- Sling may be gently hosed down or pressure washed at the lowest setting.
- For stubborn stains, a soft, bristled brush can be used to scrub the sling with a solution of two ounces of a light liquid soap per one gallon of lukewarm water.
- Food spills should be cleaned up immediately, as they may stain and will attract insects.
- Rinse well and allow to dry thoroughly after cleaning.
- Keep covered and dry when not in use.
